Cancellation Policy.

  • PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING

    Kindly note, that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you DO NOT give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

    We reserve your appointment time specifically for you and we understand things do happen; however, we have people on a waiting list and less than 48 hours notice is not enough time for us to schedule someone in that time slot.

    Our time is valued deeply.

    If you cannot make your appointment you can always

    TEXT or CALL out of hours to cancel or reschedule.

  • LATE

    If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment time, we will not be able to accommodate your service. So please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

  • DEPOSITS

    Please note ALL DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you wish to reschedule an appointment you must let us know 48 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid penalties. If you leave a deposit and do not give us notice or do not show up you will lose your deposit. If you let us know 48 hours prior, we can move the deposit with the appointment.

    REFUNDS: There are NO REFUNDS on any DEPOSITS and/or SERVICES.
